We asked, “What career path led you to your current role?”
“My career journey has been shaped by my unwavering faith in God, my focused efforts, and my love and passion for what I do.” Gowdhaman D said.
We were also curious about how the company came into being, so we asked, “What inspired you to develop the idea for your company?”
He replied, “In today’s world, digital transformation has become increasingly vital to save time for end-users and companies alike. This was the driving force behind developing our company’s idea.”
Our next question was, “How many individuals are employed in your company?”
“Our company comprises 32 people, guided by my brother and partner, Mr. Jamal Sulthan (a Golden Visa holder). Based out of Abu Dhabi, he is the most passionate businessperson I have ever met,” said Gowdhaman.
Key Priorities & Challenges
Every business has its own priorities that can change over time. So, we further asked Gowdhaman, “How have your business priorities evolved since you first started?
“Yes, we have encountered situations enabling us to evolve our priorities to meet our customers’ needs. For instance, delivering quality workmanship within a client’s budget and meeting deadlines has been a significant evolution for our company,” he replied.
There are different types of challenges every business comes across. How they tackle it says a lot about their dedication. So, we further asked, “What are the most challenging situations that your company faces, and how does it overcome them?”
“The most common challenge we face is competing on cost without compromising on the quality of our workmanship. However, we have developed effective strategies to overcome this challenge,” he replied.
What is the key strength that enables your company to overcome this challenge?
He added, “To overcome this challenge, we have hired experienced professionals hourly, which has proven to be effective for our business.”

What sets your company apart from others in your industry?
“We are not just digital partners; we are a team of entrepreneurs with a minimum of 20 years of experience in the industry. Our expertise allows us to suggest what works best for our clients digitally. What key performance indicators (KPIs) does your company use to measure business success?
“We prioritize managing our time effectively and completing projects to our client’s satisfaction. We believe that time management and project completion go hand in hand in achieving business success,” he says.

“To build trust and boost productivity without causing burnout, we prioritize employee engagement exercises outside of work. These exercises are essential for maintaining a healthy work-life balance and fostering positive relationships among our team members,” he added.
We wanted to know how Gowdhaman D and his company stays aligned with the technological changes in the industry. So, we asked, “How do you stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in your industry?”
“We believe that staying on top of new technologies and industry trends requires a passion for technology. As a company, we are thrilled and passionate about exploring new solutions for our clients, and we have a dedicated research team focused on this mission,” he replied.
Lastly, we asked him, “What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs?”
“While I may not have enough experience to give advice, my suggestion would be to never give up during the initial days of your business. This period is critical, and perseverance is key. Additionally, achieving anything through technology with a focused goal is possible.” he concluded.
