This week, we got to interview Anthony Joseph, an inspirational entrepreneur and the author of Amazon’s Best Seller book “Take Charge.”
He is the CEO of Primestay and several other leading businesses in the UAE. His journey in the real estate industry started back in 2014. Through our interview, let’s learn more about Anthony Joseph and his career path.
Our first question to Anthony Joseph was, “How did you start your entrepreneurship journey?”
“I started my career in Real Estate in 2014 from renting hotel apartments to becoming the number 1 property sales leader in Dubai for 2021. I work with high-net-worth investors and end-user clients to understand their requirements and deliver the best solution within Dubai’s dynamic and evolving property market.
All throughout this year, as CEO of Primestay, I am opening up multiple new businesses like 811 Consultancy and Primecleaning. Furthermore, I am also an Author of Amazon’s best-seller book, ‘Take Charge.’ says Anthony Joseph.
We were also interested in learning if he had any advice for beginners. With that, he said:
“The best formula for success is consistency. Be consistent in achieving your success goals, and always treat your clients like you treat your parents.”
We asked Anthony, “What do you believe is the most crucial part of continuing business seamlessly?”
He states, “Every business has a different focus and aspects crucial to its success. There is no one size fits all solution for every company. Important elements are customer service, marketing strategy, labour costs, quality services offered, the management team and most importantly, adaptability to change in any market situation.”
We saw that Anthony Joseph is active as a leader in multiple companies. So, we asked him, “What are your goals through your companies, and how do you plan to help individuals with it?”
“Our vision is to be the UAE’s leading customer-centric company that provides 5-star comprehensive hospitality services. As their CEO, I motivate my team with continuous training courses to grow individually and as a team. We provide them with the best tools, technology and systems to use for our daily operation to be as efficient and as effective in their assignment.” shares Anthony.
Keeping in mind the current modern world, we can say that most businesses are adapting to digitalization. We wanted to know Anthony’s views on it. So we asked him, “What are your views on the evolving real estate market in Dubai? Do you think digitalization is helping with it?”
He says, “Today, decision-making is highly influenced by digital information found across a huge range of micro-moments. Investors seeking real estate go online for a number of reasons: large, fresh inventory, the opportunity to personalize search results, the quantity and depth of information available, price transparency, 24/7 customer service, and the possibility of connecting with multiple agencies quickly and easily.”
Anthony further continues, “Worldwide, this adds up to a trend away from print classified ads in favour of online advertising. Online searches allow investors access to organic and advertising-based listings and highlight property portals, apps, and agency locations. In the UAE alone, there are hundreds of thousands of queries on Google related to real estate every day – in fact, the country leads the MENA market in terms of queries per internet user.”
During the interview, Anthony described himself as a “Limitless” person. His views on digital transformation were incredible. But we also wanted to know what he thinks about teamwork.
We asked him, “Do employees’ energy and enthusiasm have a hand in business success? How do you plan to motivate your team to go the extra mile?”
Anthony says, “My employees are the number one recipe to our company’s success. Being valued and treated respectfully helps to promote a positive work culture in which employees are fulfilled, loyal, engaged, and motivated to perform at their very best.
My team is unique merely because they all provide extra mile walks in the office with passion and dedication to achieve our vision as a company. Motivating them provides the right tools and opportunity to grow as individuals in the same organization.”
We also asked Anthony about his leadership style.
He says, “My leadership style is direct and leading by example. I enjoy delegating tasks and taking the lead, but I also like to stay involved and inspire my team by showing that I’m working hands-on to help and support them, too.”
Did you face any challenges during your career span? If so, how were you able to overcome them?
“Challenges are always an integral part of every success, and yes, I had thought of quitting multiple times. Moreover, I overcame those negative thoughts by going back to square one and asking myself why did I even start? I continue to persevere and laser focus on achieving my goals.” Replied Anthony.
We saw that you are Amazon’s Best Seller Author for “Take Charge.” What’s it about, and how did you get inspiration for it?
He says, “Take Charge is an eye-opening insider’s guide to taking charge of your life, achieving your dreams and succeeding in real estate. My inspiration for writing the book is to share my experiences and milestones and to, most importantly, motivate all my readers on how to become successful even if you start from scratch and show nothing is impossible with perseverance in life.”
Lastly, we asked him, “Would you like to say anything else to our viewers?”
“It’s never too late to change your life and become the best version of yourself. The key to success is being consistent and leaving your comfort zone behind.” He shared.
