We recently had the privilege of interviewing Elina Nikolaevna, Managing Director of Illimite Migration, a company which specializes in assisting various people from multiple different backgrounds with their required immigration process, or with any type of Citizenship by Investment programs for High Net-Worth Individuals.
Illimite Migration’s main focal point is in assisting qualified individuals and families with all the available Residency and Citizenship By Investment (RCBI) programs. In this insightful interview, Elina Nikolaevna shares about her career journey, second citizenship, the future of this industry, and the current services offered by Illimité Migration, along with a final piece of advice for clients to help them make the right decision.
Glimpse Of Illimite Migration
We started the interview by asking, “Please tell us about your company and its journey?”
Elina Nikolaevna shared, “We started off our journey in Dubai – UAE in the last quarter of 2016, facilitating all types of immigration programs from Entrepreneur Visas for Canada & UK, Skilled Migration to Australia, and Tourist and student Visas worldwide. Work Permits to Europe, and last, but surely not least. We also assist HNWI in obtaining their second passports whether in The Caribbean Commonwealth, or Europe.
Located at Business Bay, Dubai, we at Illimite Migration, are very focused and involved in assisting clients with all the available RCBI (Residency & Citizenship By Investment) programs. We are fully authorized to market, promote, and sell all programs by the related Governmental bodies & units. We advise our clients according to their plans and requirements. And even sometimes; we have to decide for them regarding the best methods and programs according to certain criteria.”
She added, “For example, if we have a family with a bigger structure, like six members at least. Antigua & Barbuda University Fund would be the most suited for them. The St. Lucia CIP is most suitable for single applicants. Or, if the client wishes for their children to study abroad, then the Portugal Golden Visa would be the first step in ensuring top Education modules in Europe for them. It is a case-by-case of course.
That’s what makes this business different on this level and worth everything. Especially, the gratitude and smiley faces we witness when delivering their new Passports. That moment of achievement makes everything worthwhile.”
Eligibility Criteria
We were curious to learn about the eligibility criteria for applying for a Second Citizenship. So, we asked, “Who can apply for a Second Citizenship, or Passport?”
Elina responds, “All qualified individuals or families are eligible once they meet certain criteria. Like, to demonstrate the financial ability to support their application. A clean criminal record, and should provide other required legal, supporting documents that we at Illimite Migration help in guiding through.
Of course, there are some restricted nationalities in some programs unfortunately, and that’s due to the political unrest in their countries, which makes things hard for the related Governments to conduct the due diligence on them.”
We further asked, “What Immigration Programs do you advise on, and who can apply? What’s the process?”
She continued, “We do all available Immigration Programs like Canada, Australia, the UK, and New Zealand, as well as Work Permits to Europe, such as Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary & Bulgaria. In addition to visa assistance. Whether it’s a student visa, tourist, or business visa worldwide. We also provide job offers to Australia and Europe. As well as all the available Citizenship and Residency by Investment Programs of The Caribbean Commonwealth and Europe.
We have been assisting professionals from all types of nationalities to immigrate to their desired destinations for more than seven years now. Sometimes we have to navigate the clients to the best option for them as per their qualifications. We strive at Illimite Migration to deliver the best services and results. The decision of the Government is not in our hands, unfortunately. However; we make sure that the file is 100% ready for proper submission and that it will not get any remarks that might hinder or delay the applicant’s process.”
Goals We Asked Elina Nikolaevna
We were intrigued to learn more about the plans Elina Nikolaevna has for her professional journey. So, we asked, “Tell us more about your professional goals and how you aim to achieve them?”
Elina shared, “Our goals are not only to cement more foot in the market and have Illimite Migration’s name in multiple business avenues. But to also always keep sharing knowledge and lifelong experiences with every person who contacts us.
We highly focus on building strong relationships with our clients and partners. The relationship doesn’t stop after they obtain their passports, never. We also always advise them on impending plans and opportunities to help them in their future.”
Effective Teamwork
Having the right team in the organization is paramount for its success. To learn more about Elina Nikolaevna’s team in her organization, we asked, “Tell us more about the Illimite Migration Team within your organization?”
“We have a very well sought-out Hierarchy Module and system at Illimite Migration. The company’s Business Operations are led by myself, The GM, and founder Elina Nikolaevna, with the help of the company’s Immigration Department Manager and Supervisor, along with our in-house processing team officers.
We, at Illimité Migration, pride ourselves with taking the full responsibility in the whole processing dynamics with all applications, executing all the entailed work in-house.
And last but not least of course, In addition to Illimité Migration’s Residency and Citizenship by Investment Specialist who handles all the Sales & Business Development dealings with our HNWI clients.” Elina replied.
Future Of This Field
“How do you envision the future of your industry or field in the next 5-10 years?”
Elina shared, “Our domain is highly volatile. Programs open up and shut down sometimes quicker than others. Some programs lost certain merits. And some are on continuous growth and expansion. Changes are constant, as we have recently seen. Especially with the Portugal Golden visa, where the Real Estate option is no longer a viable option. St. Kitts & Nevis doubled their prices in both donation and investment, and Antigua & Barbuda introduced interviews with all new applicants and their family members above sixteen years of age.
The Second passport used to be a luxury for those who can afford it. Today, that’s no longer the case. Rather, it has become a dire necessity for everyone capable financially to attain it.”
Current Offerings
We were curious to learn more about the services offered by Elina Nikolaevna’s firm. So, we asked, “Would you like to tell our visitors about your services?”
She replied, “We cover Skilled Migration to Canada, alongside the Entrepreneur Canada Start-up Visa. UK and Australia Immigration Programs. We also service Work Permits to Europe like Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and many more. As well as of course All Caribbean CIPs (St. Kitts & Nevis, Dominica, St. Lucia, Grenada, Antigua & Barbuda), Malta “MEIN” (Citizenship By Investment), Malta “MPRP” (Permanent Residency Program), Turkiye Citizenship. Portugal Golden Visa, Latvia, Hungary Residency, Greece, Spain, and Italy Golden Visa too.”
Advice For Clients
We ended the interview by asking, “Do you have a piece of advice that you would like to say to clients interested in your products and services?”
Elina replied, “In terms of immigration, anybody who is eligible to migrate can enjoy many advantages. Such as; a better quality of life. A universal healthcare system. Top level education. Multicultural, diverse family- friendly environment. The possibility of the PR card along with the citizenship of a country with a low crime rate.
As for Citizenship by Investment, I diligently advise prospective clients to be as transparent as possible. Our job as a company is to get them approved by proper and experienced advisors. Any sudden, or undeclared surprises in the application, will most probably hinder their chances to obtain their lifelong awaited second citizenship.”
She added, “Some of the key benefits of obtaining a second passport are:
- Ease of mobility and freedom of travel to almost any country visa-free
- The broad business opportunities by being able to establish companies in Europe if they acquire an EU Golden Visa or Passport
- Excellent Healthcare System. Public and Private in the EU
- Children’s Education at almost no cost in the EU
- Tax benefits
- Opening offshore business bank accounts.”
