Here is a “Welcome” to a bright New Year we behold

With a fond “Farewell” to the memories that we hold.”

A true bliss of welcome lies in embracing the new joy,

with the song of gratitude for the experiences of the past, as

Celebrating endings—precede new beginnings.”

Let us welcome this “New Year” – The New Beginnings – with a hearty wish of thankfulness and persistence in our hearts and minds aligned to move forward towards our destiny.

A New Year marks the advent of new beginnings across the globe. It is celebrated at different times of the year, with due significance and devotion to the culture, traditions and beliefs associated with it.

The New Year in South and Southeast Asia mark is based on the sun’s entry into Aries, celebrated in April.  During this time, there are New Year celebrations are held in many countries, like,

Thailand,  Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, the Maldives, Sri Lanka,  Singapore, Mauritius, Malaysia, and parts of India.

India celebrates and worships nature as a country, following its roots with old traditions. With due significance to India’s cultural diversity, the country’s masses celebrate the New Year, followed by solar and lunar calendar systems. From a Vedic perspective, Sun’s movement during this day makes conducting agricultural activities like sowing, harvesting, and others more beneficial. Sun is seen as the vitality for harvest. Thus, this new year in many Indian states commemorates it as a harvest festival or the beginning of the new agricultural cycle.

Baisakhi is the biggest harvest festival celebrated across the entire North India. Baisakhi holds a special place in the land of Five Rivers, Punjab.

Jude Sheetal – Bihar, Jharkhand, also known as Maithili New Year, is celebrated by the Maithili in Bihar, Jharkhand and even Nepal. Maithili New Year is usually celebrated on the 14th of April according to the Gregorian calendar.

Bohag Bihu – North Eastern States, also known as Rangali Bihu, Bohag Bihu also falls on the day of Baisakhi and Puthandu in Assam.

Gudi Padwa – Maharashtra is the first day of Chaitra month and is marked as the New Year in Maharashtra.

Pohela Boishakh – West Bengal, another state celebrating a different New Year in West Bengal.

Ugadi – Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, or Yugadi, is the New Year celebration of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka.

Vishu – Kerala marks the beginning of harvest in the bountiful land of Kerala.

Tamil New Year Festival – Tamil Puthandu, the regional New Year of Tamil Nadu, is the Puthuvarusham, Tamil Puthandu, or Tamil New Year. This day signified a new beginning.

Eventually, all marks on the birth of a new to signify;

“Celebrate endings—for they precede new beginnings.” – Qayamat Se, Qayamat Tak.”

However, the fundamental dynamics summarize life beautifully;

“Each new day is a blank page in the diary of our life.”

The secret of success is turning that diary into the best story possible, where the author is the only “YOU”.

You, as the creator, enjoy the pride of creating your magnum opus in its grandeur.

“Life is always defined as a journey, not a destination.”

Everyone has a different meaning to their journey in life and its purpose. But in life’s journey, we must learn to savour, cherish and treasure it, as life’s journey is filled with roadblocks and achievements, but we must savour every moment like the story of the brook.

No matter how bad the pathway is, we can always hear those sounds that tell us to focus on the goal. Because this journey will only lead us to our dreams, mapping out the milestones and turning every hurdle into a stepping stone for success.

But, the journey to success is not straight; there is always a curb called failure and a loop called doubt and despair. With a spare called determination and a driver named perseverance, aligned with protected unconditional insurance called Faith, we will make it to Destiny.

You, as the magical musician with a golden touch, accord the musical chords of the crest and trough, compose a harmonious melody of “Do-Re-MI” of your life, to sing the song, “Every Single Step is a Big Leap to Fly High”.

“Things begin. Things end. The end of one thing leads to the beginning of another.”

Relating this philosophy of life and evolution to the circular nature of life, we conclude that “Every new beginning comes from other beginnings end”,

As seen in the story of a seed, we seed our thoughts, beliefs, dreams, and aspirations to manifest the glory of our life in a state of the art of growing up.

We are like stained glass.  We sparkle and shine through the gleaming beauty of our spectrum.  We mirror and create ourselves.

Chance – Choice – Change – makes you anew.

New beginnings come from growth experiences and life opportunities. Every single day, every single moment is so very dear to steer every single opportunity near. So, don’t fail to

Celebrate every moment of (y)our life to evolve as self, community and terrain.
