Initiative to offer 2nd Passport for visa-free travel to over 130 countries

Bayat Legal Services (BLS) Dubai United Arab Emirates Managing Director Pej Mohyeddin appointed Malik Cader of Corporate Legal Consultants as their authorized representative in Sri Lanka to offer a second passport with Visa-free travel to over 130 countries at a ceremony held at the Movenpick Hotel Colombo amidst a distinguished gathering.

In 1993, Sam Bayat set up a boutique law practice in Dubai to promote Canada as a destination of choice for investment and/or migration. The firm, then known as “Canadian Legal Services”, was the first Canadian law firm in the GCC. Today, Bayat Group has an international presence, working with a vast network of legal professionals and trade consultants. Its core expertise is corporate migration, economic citizenship, investments, and tax planning.

The founder of BLS, who migrated from the Middle East to Canada in the early 1970s, is a Quebec (Canadian) licensed attorney, a published author, and a lecturer experienced in international law. Bayat was the former president of the Canadian bar association’s international section in Quebec.

“There are many reasons why wealthy individuals should consider alternative citizenship in today’s ever-changing world including but not limited to security, ease of travel, tax and financial planning, and internal political situations.

“We assist our clients in acquiring second citizenship by investment without disrupting their lifestyle. In these programs, giving up your original nationality is not necessary. For economic considerations and without residency requirements, you can legally acquire a second citizenship and obtain a new passport,” Bayat said.

Benefits include Visa-free travel to over 130 countries, including the EU, UK, etc.; No residency requirement before or after the application; No language tests and interviews; Irrevocable citizenship of a family transferable to future generations; Access to alternate banking and financial services; Tax optimization and business-friendly environment; Equality with natural born citizens including the right to vote; and Dual Citizenship is allowed.

These Island nations are stable and Banking systems are secure with clarity on tax ranging from nil to minimal. For further details and appointments please call Corporate Legal Consultants on 070 6420642
