UAE receives 16th Group of Palestinian Youngsters with Cancer who are Injured.

Following President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s directives to treat 1,000 injured children and 1,000 cancer patients from the Gaza Strip at UAE hospitals, the 16th group of wounded Palestinian children and cancer patients arrived in the UAE early on Saturday.

The aircraft, carrying 25 patients in urgent need of medical attention together with 51 family members, landed at Zayed International Airport after taking off from Al Arish International Airport in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Medical staff arrived on the scene and moved injured patients and those requiring emergency care quickly to hospitals, taking other patients and their partners to the Emirates Humanitarian City.

Families of the sick and injured sent their gratitude to the United Arab Emirates and its astute leadership for this admirable humanitarian endeavor, which establishes a singular example of sister-nation friendship and support.

They declared that in every situation, the United Arab Emirates has been the first to support the Palestinian people by lending a hand and offering relief. They also appreciated the work of the volunteer and medical teams who gave them complete support.

As part of the “Chivalrous Knight 3” humanitarian effort, the United Arab Emirates has hurried to deliver all kinds of humanitarian, relief, and aid materials to the fraternal Palestinian people since the crisis in the Gaza Strip began.
