Abu Dhabi’s architectural wonder, the BAPS Hindu Mandir, is a house of worship. The first authentic Hindu stone temple in the Middle East is a hallowed location where locals congregate to pray, carry out rituals, and look for spiritual direction. Since the end of the “Festival of Harmony,” the temple has welcomed individuals of all faiths and religions, which witnessed a sizable turnout of pre-registered guests.
Guests must dress modestly. It is suggested that they wear clothing that politely covers their knees and shoulders. Clothing with offensive patterns or messages is strictly forbidden. It is also forbidden to wear transparent, translucent, or too-tight clothing to preserve the complex’s sacredness. Please be aware that visitors who disregard these rules or whose clothing is deemed unsuitable by authorized staff may not be allowed access.
Drones are strictly forbidden on temple property unless authorization has been secured beforehand from local authorities and shared with authorized personnel.
