The Foreign Ministers of the G7 are Against a "full Scale Military Operation in Rafah."

The Group of Seven countries’ foreign ministers declared on Friday that they were against Israel conducting a “full-scale military operation in Rafah” because it would have “catastrophic consequences on the civilian population.”
Ministers denounced the “unacceptable number of civilians” murdered in Gaza during Israel’s military onslaught, as well as the US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, and Italy.

In its fight against Hamas, Israel has pledged to send troops into the congested Rafah district of Gaza. We reiterate our opposition to a full-scale military operation in Rafah that would have catastrophic consequences on the civilian population,” the ministers stated in a statement about growing international resistance to Israel’s ceaseless war that has left most of Gaza in ruins. At the same time, its 2.4 million residents have endured suffering.

Additionally, in response to rumors that Israel had carried out retaliatory strikes on Iran, the foreign ministers of the G7 urged “all parties” to “work to prevent further escalation” in the Middle East.
We implore all parties to cooperate in preventing further escalation in light of reports of strikes on April 19.” The industrialized Group of Seven states declared, “The G7 will keep working toward this goal. Ministers from Canada, Japan, France, the US, the UK, Italy, and Germany declared that they “demand that Iran and its affiliated groups cease their attacks.” “We will ensure that the Iranian government is held responsible for its nefarious and destabilizing activities,” they declared following a meeting on the Italian island.
