Sharjah Announces Ramadan Timings for Government Employees.

The Sharjah government has set new Ramadan schedules. The Human Resources Authority of Sharjah has published the official working hours for government departments, institutes, and agencies.

According to the Hijri calendar released by the Dubai Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD), Ramadan will most likely begin on Tuesday, March 12, 2024.

During the holy month of Ramadan, government personnel must work from 9 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.

Working hours are the same for fasting and non-fasting employees, allowing them to participate in spiritual and cultural events throughout this holy month.

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) released a circular establishing the official working hours of federal employees during the holy month of Ramadan.
