Next to providing pharmacy products online, they offer a wide variety of health & care products in over 15 CHS Community Pharmacy outlets in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
Pharmaserve FZCO and Medysinal FZCO which was established in 1997. It markets Pharmaceutical products under its own private label and brings to the market quality branded generics at affordable prices. Products are manufactured in Europe, the USA, and Australia in facilities complying with GMP requirements.

Headquartered in Dubai, Pharmatrade Group has been in business for 45 years. It is a leading distribution company in the UAE, supplying a comprehensive range of Medical and Pharmaceutical products from over 30 Multinational companies in the Healthcare field. With over 5,000 products in its portfolio, the company has a significant healthcare market share, covering both the Government and Private sectors.
Pharmatrade’s Distribution network covers Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, Diagnostic Centers, and retail Pharmacies in all of the United Arab Emirates. Internally, the company is organized into 3 Divisions: Pharmaceutical, Medical, and Laboratory, each one representing several significant players in their dedicated fields of specialty. The company has extensive offices and warehousing facilities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
We, in the Medical and Laboratory Divisions, supply a comprehensive range of small to significant laboratory equipment, from daily routine blood sugar testing to disposables, diabetes self-management solutions and specialized testing products, and supply of reagents for a wide range of products to meet the needs of hospitals and other Healthcare institutions through an effective distribution network that ensures on-time product deliveries. We have Tendering and Customer Service Departments both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to serve all the UAE Healthcare accounts representing globally recognized manufacturers in areas of Medical, Laboratory, Biotechnology, and Consumer Healthcare.

I am the General Manager of Medical & Laboratory Divisions of Pharmatrade LLC, one of the leading distribution companies in the UAE that supplies a comprehensive range of Medical and Pharmaceutical products.
We saw that Pharmatrade has been continuing since 1977. How has the company’s journey been over the years?
The reason behind Pharmatrade’s continuing success is its great focus on building strong customer relationships and proactively providing the best solution for healthcare needs in the UAE. It’s also worth mentioning that Pharmatrade has talents who have diverse backgrounds & experiences and personal commitment to customers.
What’s your company mission and your mission with Pharmatrade?
Pharmatrade’s mission is to develop and sustain productive business partnerships with our Customers and principals.

What are your visions and culture?

How is Pharmatrade adapting to digitalization, and is it working in your favor?
In the next 2 years, we see the company expanding into Digital Healthcare so that we can support customers’ needs in interoperability.
How are you determining when, whether, and how to compete or partner with new entrants to the healthcare space?
We plan to expand into Digital Healthcare to support customers’ needs in interoperability. We also plan to expand into adjacent solutions to complement our solution offering so that Pharmatrade can continue to be the partner of choice for our customers.
What type of services does Pharmatrade offer?
Pharmatrade, as a total Healthcare solution provider, serves hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and retail pharmacies with a diversified portfolio of products ranging from medical supplies and hospital equipment to pharmaceuticals and consumer health products.
What has been the most challenging part of Pharmatrade, and how did you overcome them?
It was during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic when we dealt with increased demand, limited supply, and logistical challenges. Still, we overcame them through our systemic resilience and multi-stakeholder solid collaboration.
