From Hospitality to Homes: Pearlshire Brings a New Kind of Living to UAE Real Estate Market

Dubai, UAE – May 2025: In a city known for ambitious skylines and constant reinvention, one company is quietly reshaping what it means to feel at home. Pearlshire, a brand with over a decade of experience in hospitality and asset management in the United States, is bringing a distinct philosophy to residential living in the UAE — one rooted in care, comfort, and the curated rhythm of everyday life.

With a long-standing legacy in USA hospitality — including collaborations with leading international hotel groups — Pearlshire’s foundation has always been about more than just space. It has been about how space makes people feel. And that principle now guides the company’s growing real estate footprint across Dubai.

“Hospitality teaches you how to anticipate needs before they’re spoken,” says Farrukh Bagasra, one of Pearlshire’s founding partners. “At Pearlshire, we carry that same attentiveness into how we design homes — not just for today, but for the way people want to live for years to come.”

Pearlshire’s portfolio in Dubai includes a completed residential project in Jumeirah Village Triangle and its upcoming mid-rise development, Bond Enclave in Arjan. Two additional projects are currently in planning — one in the Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC) and another in the fast-evolving Dubai Islands district.

Across these locations, Pearlshire is applying a consistent and deliberate design lens: wellness-focused amenities, intuitive layouts, warm communal spaces, and subtle hospitality cues — from lobbies that feel like lounges to rooftop courts and shaded family areas.

“We don’t think in terms of towers or unit counts,” Farrukh explains. “We think in terms of moments — how someone feels when they arrive home, how they connect with their neighbours, how they rest and recharge. That’s where our real experience lies.”

Pearlshire refers to this as experience-driven real estate — an approach shaped by years of serving guests, now reimagined for residents. It’s not about adding amenities for show. It’s about orchestrating a daily lifestyle where architecture, service, and emotion converge.

While much of Dubai’s market is defined by pace and scale, Pearlshire’s trajectory is intentionally measured. Its focus is on longevity, trust, and delivering residential communities that resonate beyond aesthetics.

As the company prepares for its next wave of developments, its founders remain clear-eyed about their role in the city’s evolving real estate landscape.

“Dubai has redefined what architecture and ambition look like,” says Farrukh Bagasra. “But we believe luxury isn’t just a standard — it’s a state of being. At Pearlshire, we’re not just adding to the skyline. We’re bringing our hospitality mindset to create places that feel personal, intuitive, and deeply livable. That’s the kind of experience people return to — and stay for.”
