Maktoum declares Dubai to be a global center for healthcare as she opens the Arab Health Show.

The 49th edition of Arab Health, the biggest healthcare trade show in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, was opened on Monday by Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Finance of the United Arab Emirates.

Speaking at the event’s opening, Sheikh Maktoum stated that the healthcare industry in Dubai is poised to further solidify its standards of excellence by offering best-in-class infrastructure, utilizing cutting-edge technologies, and drawing in highly qualified personnel. This is thanks to the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai.

Dubai’s status as a premier regional and international healthcare hub has been greatly boosted by its focus on providing high-quality, patient-centred medical care through solid public-private partnerships. Dubai is solidifying its position as the world’s top healthcare destination by assembling the best healthcare institutions and experts from around the globe and encouraging innovation and quality in the industry. In keeping with the government’s goal of making Dubai one of the greatest locations in the world to live and work, healthcare continues to be one of our top priorities, Sheikh Maktoum continued.
