HR Headhunters say UAE Employers are Emphasising Diversity Hiring

According to recruitment agencies in the, more and more companies are prioritising demographic diversity in their hiring processes. Additionally, headhunters feel that to increase employee productivity in a multicultural workplace, it is high time for national companies to implement “cultural competency training.”

The companies go on to say that diversity hiring is more important than ever because of the UAE’s status as a rising leader in the Middle East.”Many employers in the UAE are emphasising the importance of diversity to HR headhunters,” stated Zaid Alhiali, co-founder of Marc Ellis. Businesses in various industries realise that having a diverse workforce is a competitive advantage and essential to their survival and international alignment with the nation’s sustainability objectives.

As this trend gains momentum, some businesses find it difficult to establish a culturally appropriate environment. This may result in difficulties and, on occasion, failures for the company. To improve employees’ capacity to function well in a multicultural workplace, we strongly advise UAE businesses to fund cultural competency training. “This training encompasses a deeper understanding and useful strategies for navigating cultural differences, going beyond basic awareness,” Alhiali continued.
