For select automobiles, Abu Dhabi suspends parking permits "until further notice."

Food truck permits in Abu Dhabi have been stopped, according to city authorities, who made the announcement on Tuesday.

The municipality stated that no new or renewed permits for food trucks in Abu Dhabi city will be given out in an alert that was shared on social networking site X, formerly known as Twitter.

It further stated that these parking permits will be suspended “until further notice”.

Food truck operators stand to benefit from an increase in business as more residents take use of outdoor settings throughout the winter months. On the other hand, at the busiest time of year, the authorities make sure that all rules are adhered to.

Food truck owners have been admonished to abide by the laws numerous times by the Abu Dhabi Municipality. A list of prerequisites for these mobile stores has been established by the department. For instance, each employee is required to wear a uniform at all times and their trucks cannot be parked while they are serving customers.
