The developers of the project said on Thursday that Dubai will see the construction of its first residential clock tower, which will also be the tallest residential clock tower globally.
The project was launched at a ceremony to celebrate the partnership between Franck Muller, a luxury watch manufacturer in Dubai, and London Gate, the premier real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates.
Franck Muller, a global innovator in the watch industry for the previous thirty years, is entering the real estate market with this partnership.
At 450 meters, London Gate, the much anticipated construction in Dubai Marina, is expected to become the world’s tallest residential clock tower, residential tower with a brand, and residential tower.
“We are thrilled to unveil our masterpiece in collaboration with iconic watchmaker Frank Muller, following our debut in the UAE real estate market with our sold-out projects Maya V, Nadine I and II,” stated London Gate CEO Eman Taha.
