The Dubai Centre for Family Businesses and global consulting firm PwC collaborated to release the 2024 study, which determined the top goals for the upcoming two years for the members of the next generation of family businesses. 889 people from 63 different countries, including those in Dubai, participated in the poll.
The study highlighted how generative AI may improve customer experience, operational effectiveness, and profitability, representing respondents’ opinions about the technology’s revolutionary potential.
