Dubai: 80% of the Casa Canal Project Has Sold out Within Days of its Launch.

A Dubai-based luxury real estate developer AHS Properties unveiled Casa Canal Interiors by Fendi Casa for Dh3.1 billion and sold 80% of it within a few days. The tower’s opulent units range in size from 4,500 to 30,000 square feet and include unique boutique houses, four to six-bedroom sky villas, penthouses, and sky palaces.

Approximately 80% of the property was officially sold for Dh2.5 billion. Notably, the gross development value of this iconic project is Dh3.1 billion, underscoring its importance in Dubai’s premium real estate market,” stated Abbas Sajwani, founder and CEO of AHS Properties.

Hirsch Bedner Associates – HBA will design the interiors, and Shaun Killa, a world-renowned architect and the brains behind the Museum of the Future, will create the exteriors.
