A ministerial reshuffle is announced by Sheikh Mohammed; Maktoum is the Deputy Prime Minister and Neyadi State Minister for Youth.

The Honorable Using his official “X” platform account (formerly Twitter), Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister, and ruler of Dubai, announced a reorganization of the UAE government’s ministers on Saturday.

“With the approval of the UAE President and after discussions with him, we announce today a series of ministerial reshuffles within the UAE government,” he declared.

The nomination of Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid as Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs was Sheikh Mohammed’s first declaration.

“We announce Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid’s appointment as Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs to oversee this significant area within the Federal Government,” His Highness declared.

Maktoum skillfully oversaw various business and economic matters at the municipal and federal levels and managed the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, Sheik Mohammed continued that he brought equilibrium to both the national and local levels of our financial policies.
