Many organizations in the UAE reduce costs and increase profitability by employing individuals from outside the nation and paying them up to 75% less than full-time employees in the UAE.
According to recruitment experts in the UAE, local enterprises are mostly hiring remote workers from Asia, the Middle East, and South Africa.
According to Hays’ GCC Salary Guide for 2024, most companies (87%) plan to hire permanent employees this year. However, 19% stated they will engage temporary contract workers, while 16% will hire freelancers.
“There are several organizations that will help you set up and train a fully remote working staff in countries with lower salaries than the UAE. Most businesses may see this strategy as a more cost-effective option in the long run. Nicki Wilson, managing director of recruitment consultancy Genie, stated, “I’ve seen this a lot with recruitment agencies, technology companies, and customer service industries.”
Furthermore, remote work is becoming increasingly popular in industries like sales lead generation, technology, data analysis, and performance marketing.
