The Beginning
We started by first asking Khaldoun about the idea behind his company.
He states, “Quantasmart is a consulting house offering state-of-the-art services in several subjects related directly or indirectly to advanced technologies, user experience, and innovation.
The name comes from quantum computing and smart deliveries of services related to advanced technologies, innovation, user experience, and strategies.
The services could be summarized as follow:

- Advisory coaching & Strategy”
Career Journey & Goals
Quantasmart seems to have such an innovative idea. This also intrigued our interest in Khaldoun’s own career journey. So, we asked, “How did you begin your career journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?”
“I started as a technical engineer, then moved into the business side and served in several capacities for multiple multinational organizations for years. Then, I decided to proceed with the consulting company to help other organizations and individuals proceed with their needs in Digital Transformation, Digital strategy, and Innovation.
For beginners starting their career journey, it is important to be clear on what they want to do and achieve, have smart goals, and do what they love and love what they do. Of course, to succeed, you will need to test and assess your track along the journey based on the acquired skills, strengths, and values.” says Khaldoun.
We further asked, “What’s the goal of your company?”
“Redefine user experience through the ultimate use of digital transformation, advanced technologies, and strategic executions,” he states.
Importance Of Teamwork
We were also curious about Khaldoun’s views on a successful team, so we asked him, “What makes the team successful, in your opinion?”
Khaldoun continues, “A team will be successful when there is proper leadership, the right attitude among the team members, and their willingness to work as a team in addition to the accommodating culture.
Other elements might contribute to the team’s success, but I believe those are among the top. Leadership is the main driver here, and everything starts here. Further, the attitude of the members and their willingness is essential.”
We then asked Khaldoun, “How important are employees’ energy levels to a company’s success?”
“Employee energy is a mix of motivation, thriving and growing in the workplace. It is also important to personal well-being and the key to productivity, growth, and success.
Any Organization realizes that people are the most important part. Thus it needs to develop a framework for employee energy to help reach its potential. To do this, the organization should understand employees, find their aspirations, and help them achieve their goals through development and upskilling, recognize their efforts, provide promotional opportunities, and offer support where and when needed. In addition, create a great culture that supports employee well-being and adapts to the future workplace.” he continues.
When we asked him, “How do you plan to motivate your team to go the extra mile?” Khaldoun replied:
“Adapt to the workplace of the future by using technology to accept remote work and flexible hours along with recognition and awards.”
Tackling Challenges & Adapting To Technology
Apart from teamwork and motivation, we also wanted to know Khaldoun’s take on tackling challenges. So we asked, “What keeps your company moving forward even during challenges?”
He shares, “Having the right strategy is important because challenges are there in every step, and we must turn every challenge into an opportunity. During the pandemic, for example, which was a huge challenge for every business, we used the technology with our customers. We implemented what we are good at with Digital transformation and strategies to bridge the gap of meetings, training and workshops and help to digitize several customers to keep their business running.”
Technology is becoming more and more crucial in the present scenario, and many businesses are using technology to their benefit. We wanted to know if it’s the same with Khaldoun and his business. So, we asked him, “How do you think technology is leading to changes in businesses? Do you feel it’s helping your company grow?”
He shares, “Technology is becoming an essential part of business; no business can move forward without using and adopting technologies, and you see this in all industries.
For Us @ Quantasmart, we consult on increasing the use of technology and support digital transformation and strategies, so this is our core business and helps us grow and advance.”
When talking about technology, innovation also came to mind, as we asked, “Do you use innovative ideas to be unique?”
With that, Khaldoun answers, “Innovation is part of our DNA and services (innovation management and assessment), and no business would be able to grow without innovation. We use innovation to move forward for our company in parallel with the innovation services we offer to our clients.”
