What’s the idea behind Your Company?
RV Consultancy aims to provide Logistic Solutions and support through my network, knowledge, and experience. There are 2 separate divisions, RVC Management and RVC Logistics, within RV Consultancy.
How did you begin your career journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?
I started my career journey after I graduated from University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. I studied Commerce Marketing & Communications and found a job in the Logistics sector in Rotterdam. After several years, promotions, and different experiences, I was sent to Dubai to open a branch office, and since then, I have stayed, grown, lived in Iraq for 2 years and come back to the UAE. I started my own company, RV Consultancy, based in the UAE in 2020, and to date, I have no regrets about doing so. My credo in life is to believe in yourself and don’t give up on your ideas!
What’s the goal of your company?
To help companies that are struggling within the Supply Chain sector, helping new companies opening within the Region, Strategic and growth implementations, and working with Startups, SMEs, or MNCs.
What makes the team successful, in your opinion?
Collaboration, no “I” mentality, and a clear goal/vision.
What keeps your company moving forward even during challenges?
Every challenge is a learning experience, and things can be taken out of it. Never give up.
How do you think technology is leading to changes in businesses? Do you feel it’s helping your company grow?
Technology is the main driver nowadays in the new era. Many companies are going into Digitalization, especially within the logistics scene; hence I have partnered with a few tech companies that are leaders in this sector and can provide an all-around solution to my clients.
How is your company adapting to Digitalization?
By collaborating. I have collaborated with Strategic Partners such as RouteMagic, Webstore, and Margo Freight by Maqta Gateway; they can give first/middle or last mile solutions to my clients and projects.
Do you use innovative ideas to be unique?
I’m currently exploring the Blockchain & Metaverse industry as it is a niche within the logistics consultancy.

What are the services/solutions or products offered by Your Company as par with the current industry standards? Tell us something about your upcoming products or services.
At RV Consultancy, we offer two kinds of services:
- Logistics Solutions where we provide services through our network, Strategic Partners, and our expertise to the client. This includes Warehousing (cold/frozen/dry) or Freight Services.
- Management Consulting, offered in collaboration with Q-Management, a Dutch-based company where we propose and provide training courses, improving leadership, organization & personal development.
