Dubai is Getting a New Community Shopping mall Worth Dh210 Million.

Sobha Realty, the top real estate developer in Dubai, will construct a new community mall in Sobha Hartland for Dh210 million.  The mall’s construction is expected to be finished in the second half of 2026, having already begun.

The project will have a built-up area of about 339,000 square feet and a gross leasable area of about 115,000 square feet. It will include a supermarket, a gym, play courts, a soft play/entertainment zone, and several restaurants offering a wide variety of food options. In addition to 35 retail stores and F&B establishments, there will be more than ten dining options.

According to Sobha Group co-chairman Ravi Menon, the mall will feature gourmet food, various entertainment options, and multi-tier retail stores. “More than just a store, the mall is intended to be a central location for community involvement that provides the perfect fusion of outdoor activities, culture, and nature to improve the quality of life for both locals and visitors,” he mentioned.

The mall has solar panels, green building materials, water features, natural lighting, energy-efficient lighting, greenery and a skylight roof for natural light, according to the developer. To further improve visitor experiences, cutting-edge technologies like digital wayfinding, smart lighting systems, and interactive displays will be incorporated.
