Dubai: Attending Performances or Concerts? Purchase Tickets Exclusively from Authorised Vendors, Locals Advised

Will you be going to any events, shows, or exhibitions in Dubai? Have you purchased your tickets for the city’s upcoming event yet?
What’s more, did you purchase your tickets through an authorised and approved source?

The public can obtain reliable and current information about concerts and events via Dubai Calendar, the city’s official listings platform, which is run by DFRE, the organisation stated. The city has an extensive year-round events calendar.

Hundreds of exhibitions, shows, and entertainment events take place in Dubai each year, including the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), Gitex, Arab Health, Dubai Fintech Summit, Global Village, and many more. Millions of locals and tourists from other countries attend these events and exhibits.

People should only purchase tickets through the nearly 50 authorised ticket resellers and event registration companies in Dubai. These include, among others, Moro, Ticketo, Viva Ticket, Q Tickets, Terrapin, Ticketsfy, Virgin Megastore Tickets, Index Holding, QRTickets, Najahi, Tixbox, Untold Dubai, CVent, and Platinumlist.

According to the authority, “If an event organiser plans to sell tickets in Dubai, they must have a valid ticketed event permit.” The DET’s ticketing system must be integrated with any ticketing company that wants to sell tickets for events held in Dubai through an Application Programming Interface (API).
