President of the United States of America Her Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain; Sayyid Asaad Bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Cooperation and International Affairs and Personal Representative of Sultan Haitham Bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman; and Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan received condolences on Thursday regarding the death of Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan.
Along with many Sheikhs, ministers, senior officials, and citizens, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, presented condolences to Sheikh Mohamed at Qasr Al Mushrif in Abu Dhabi.
The late Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan’s siblings and children accompanied His Highness the President in accepting condolences. Those in attendance remembered the late Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Mohammed’s many achievements during a life devoted to the faithful service of his country with gratitude and pride, including his significant contributions to the development of the country as a close friend of the late Sheikh Zayed, the UAE’s founding father.
