Weather in Dubai is Unpredictable; Arrive at the Airport four Hours Before Departure, the Airline Advises

Weather in Dubai is Unpredictable; Arrive at the Airport four Hours Before Departure, the Airline Advises.

According to an airline, aircraft schedules departing from Dubai International (DXB) airport may be affected by unstable weather. Flydubai encouraged customers to try to go to the airport four hours or more before their trip’s departure time in a statement.

According to a National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) advisory, heavy rains are predicted to result in flooding, and high winds will decrease horizontal visibility. The bad weather is expected to last until Wednesday morning. Parts of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah have been battered by thunderstorms and heavy rain since late Monday afternoon. Overnight, more instability in the weather is predicted.

Flydubai stated that it makes every effort to minimize interference with travelers’ itineraries. An airline representative said, “We will continue to monitor the weather conditions closely.”

Passengers were encouraged by the airline to check the status of their flight on its website and to allow additional time for their journey to the airport. According to Emirates Airline, every flight operates on schedule as of Monday night. In Dubai last month, numerous flights were delayed and canceled due to excessive rain. It was necessary to redirect roughly thirteen inbound flights to other airports on March 9.
