UAE: Demand For Abu Dhabi's Tuition-Free Coding School Has Increased by 25%

The tuition-free coding school 42 Abu Dhabi has had a more than 25% increase in enrolment in 2023 compared to the previous year, which is a clear sign that demand for coding has expanded dramatically over the past few years.

In 2020, the cutting-edge and disruptive coding school was introduced as part of Abu Dhabi’s Ghadan 21 accelerator program and the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) in an effort to prepare a workforce for the future.

There are now 758 registered pupils in the school, 213 Emirati. According to the school’s statement to the Khaleej Times, the number of enrolled students will rise by 26.92 percent between 2022 and 2023.

42 Abu Dhabi, which offers a distinctive peer-to-peer and gamified learning system, is planning to hold its second boot camp for the May intake in response to the increasing demand. Applications are now being accepted to enroll in the rigorous coding boot camp “Piscine,” which begins on April 29.

“This year, we are hosting our second Piscine, which is a huge accomplishment for us and a reflection of the increasing need for coding expertise in the area. Marcos Muller Habig, acting CEO of 42 Abu Dhabi, said, “It also reflects our commitment to meeting the needs of the rapidly evolving digital landscape and empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in the tech industry.”
