World Future Energy Summit Accelerating Sustainable Growth: The World Future Energy Summit 2023 will be held at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from January 16-18. It is an ornament of the AbuDhabi Sustainable Week, a global endeavour championed by UAE and Masdar for speeding up sustainable development and advancing economic, social, and environmental progress. The exhibition has registered an impressive combination of government entities, including the UAE Ministry Of Energy and Infrastructure, the GCC Interconnection Authority, and the Mohamed bin Zayed University artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI).
“This event has developed the energy sector, and our economies are transitioning”, said His Excellency Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure.
“The World Future Energy Summit will bring together all the global energy leaders and policymakers for exploring the new technologies and intentions that are needed to accelerate the development of clean energy and sustainable projects”, said Mohamed Jameel Al Ramahi, Chief Executive Officer of Masdar.
Apart from the energy, water, solar, eco-waste, climate, and the environment, this year will witness Hydrogen Innovation Hub, which will bring together essential technologies in the production, storage, transport, and use of green hydrogen, by delivering a dedicated space to showcase the potential of regional projects. In addition, 2023 will also feature a dedicated innovation site showcasing startups and technologies focused on climate change solutions.
With limited time left for the exhibition, there has been a strong international response from countries like Japan, China, Germany, and France. Korea, India, and Switzerland. The national display will throw a spotlight on SMEs from all over the world who are working continuously toward groundbreaking solutions.
Major contestants from the private sector, comprising Jinko Solar, ENGIE, Longi, Huawei Technologies, the Japanese Business Alliance for Smart Energy Worldwide, and HT Italia, are also ready to participate in the exhibition.
