On November 7th and 8th, the UAE will have a big meeting with 500 leaders, including ministers and top officials. They will discuss about multiple important subjects such as technology, AI, economy culture, jobs, health and more so that they can ensure everything is going well for everyone in UAE.
They’ll also share the latest news about the big climate change meeting, COP28, which the UAE is getting ready to host from the end of November to mid-December.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is a Vice-President, the Prime Minister of the UAE, and the ruler of Dubai, will lead this event. The main goal is that the different parts of government can sit down and talk about how they can manage and tackle major challenges country-wide. All the big bosses from different government areas will join in.
Sheikh Mohammed said they’re really proud of how well their government works and they want to keep the country doing great for the next ten years. These meetings are a chance for everyone to come together and plan how to make life better for the people in the UAE.
He mentioned that they’ll focus on keeping the country’s culture strong, staying united, and making the economy even better.
Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, who takes care of government affairs, talked about how the government, local authorities, and businesses all work together. He said they’re going to come up with new plans and ideas that show what they want the UAE to be like by the year 2071, which will be their 100th anniversary. They have a big goal to make the UAE the best place to live by then.
The meeting will look at the latest big changes in laws and how courts work in the UAE. They’ll check out what they’ve done so far to help the environment and how their deals with other countries are going.
Leaders are going to come up with fresh ideas to attract more investments to the UAE and make things better like laws, schools, hospitals, and tech. They will also see how they can combat climate change and how every citizen stays well in terms of food and living.
