UAE Sends Jordan Condolences Following the Deaths in the Gaza Aid Truck Accident

The nation applauded Jordan’s efforts to assist the Palestinians and the Gaza Strip’s residents.

The UAE’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has conveyed the country’s support for the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and conveyed the leadership of the UAE’s condolences to Jordan over the deaths and injuries of multiple soldiers in an accident involving military trucks during a convoy carrying relief and humanitarian aid headed towards the Gaza Strip.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs sent his deepest sympathies to the families of the victims of this tragic event, the government and people of Jordan, and wished everyone who was hurt a quick recovery. Additionally, he applauded the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan’s efforts to assist the Palestinians and the Gaza Strip’s residents in overcoming the challenging humanitarian circumstances.

Additionally, the Minister restated the UAE’s stance on the importance of stepping up efforts on the part of the international community to enable the safe and unhindered delivery of vital humanitarian aid to civilians in the Gaza Strip.
