UAE President observes Tribal Members' March of the Union

In commemoration of the 52nd union day UAE  President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, other Sheikhs, and state guests watched the March of the Union as part of the Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival 2023 in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi.

The President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Ould Ghazouani, as well as a number of other dignitaries attended the March. King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain was also there.

As they crossed the platform, participating tribe members greeted Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. As the UAE’s inhabitants showcased genuine facets of their national heritage and displayed a sense of pride, belonging, and patriotism, he conveyed his admiration and pride for them.

I was present at the March of the Union today, where I saw a moving celebration of the culture, traditions, and unity of our country. Sheikh Mohamed wrote on X, “The UAE’s journey was made possible by the devotion of its people, and they will always be at the heart of shaping a better future.”

Numerous tribes from across the emirates and areas of the United Arab Emirates participated in the March of the Union to mark the 52nd Union Day and to show their pride, happiness, and celebration. Additionally, they demonstrated their respect for the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, his brothers, the Rulers of the Emirates, and members of the Federal Supreme Council.
