The “Reform Call” Organisation, which is categorised as a terrorist organisation in the nation and was supposed to dissolve in 2013, sent out members who later founded this organisation. The new organisation seeks to carry on the goals and revitalise the former group.
2013 saw the sentencing of fugitives from several emirates in absentia, who have been under surveillance by the State Security Service. This surveillance exposed two factions within the organisation that gathered overseas and enlisted new members to establish a rival organisation.
It was found that they were funded by organisations and groups associated with terrorism both inside and outside the United Arab Emirates. According to the investigations, the organisation has formed partnerships with other terrorist organisations to collaborate in the media, business, and educational spheres. These initiatives aim to accomplish the organization’s goals, maintain its presence overseas, fortify relationships, obtain funding, and improve protection measures.
The group is connected to multiple fronts operating as intellectual or charitable organisations and television channels in one nation, the most well-known of which is the Cordoba Foundation (TCF). The members of the fugitive group interacted with each other in covert meetings through the use of internet applications and reciprocal visits.
