At the UAE field hospital in Gaza, another group of medical volunteers has joined their colleagues.
The humanitarian mission “Gallant Knight 3” has stated that eight volunteers, comprising the fifth group to arrive in the Gaza Strip, have joined the hospital, increasing the overall number of volunteers to 43.
The hospital has accepted over 757 patients so far, and has treated them with the appropriate medical attention. patients who needed more care were then sent to the hospital’s equipped specialized clinics.
In addition to intensive care units for adults and children, an anesthesia department, and specialized clinics for internal medicine, dentistry, orthopaedics, psychiatry, family medicine, pediatrics, and gynecology, the hospital is equipped to perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including general, pediatric, and vascular surgeries.
The hospital also offers CT and X-ray scans, and it has a pharmacy and a laboratory with the newest technology to conduct a variety of tests and examinations. These features guarantee that patients receive comprehensive care in accordance with the highest international standards and guidelines.
