The Israeli attack on the Qatar Committee for Reconstruction of Gaza Headquarters is strongly denounced by Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Press Agency said that the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs vehemently denounced the Israeli attack  bombardment on Monday of the Qatari Committee for the Reconstruction of Gaza’s offices.
“Continuation of the series of Israeli violations of all international laws and norms” was how the ministry described the attack.

Along with expressing the Kingdom’s support for Qatar, it also called on the international community to uphold its responsibilities and immediately put an end to Israel’s “atrocities against civilians, hospitals, and critical infrastructure” in Gaza.

The committee seeks to lessen the suffering of Gaza’s population as a result of the siege and ongoing aggression, so the foreign ministries of Kuwait and Qatar claimed on Monday that the bombing of the headquarters is an extension of Israel’s policy of targeting the Palestinian people.

Israel was urged by Qatar to cease targeting civilians, civilian infrastructure, and medical institutions with “insubstantial justifications.” It further demanded that Israel cease disseminating false information.

Similar declarations demanding an urgent ceasefire to protect civilian lives and permit the unhindered delivery of humanitarian relief were released by the UAE, Oman, and Jordan.
