The Crown Prince of Sharjah will Introduce the Emirate's New Identity.

The Sharjah Executive Council (SEC) meeting was chaired by Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and chairman of the SEC. The meeting was conducted on Tuesday in the Sharjah Ruler’s Office.

The SEC evaluated the status of work in various departments and bodies, discussed a variety of government work concerns in the Emirate of Sharjah, and made several decisions that will benefit the citizens and create a decent life for Sharjah residents.

Following the directives of Sharjah’s ruler, Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, a member of the Supreme Council, the SEC approved the first group of people in 2024 who will not be required to pay back housing loans. The recipients, who totaled Dhs34,195,000 and came from 50 different cities and regions within the Emirate, were exempt from paying back their loans.

The SEC directed the inclusion of many legislative provisions and observations that bolster the activities of suburban councils in the Emirate of Sharjah in a draft resolution concerning the regulations governing their operations.
