The Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and President of the University of Sharjah, Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, saw several graduation projects finished by University of Sharjah students from the College of Fine Arts and Design this morning.
He conversed with the graduating students, hearing them explain their projects’ complexities, demonstrating their commitment, ingenuity, and hard work throughout their time at the university. The 85 projects these students completed this academic year marked the end of their educational journey through the College of Fine Arts and Design.
Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi observed the various materials used in the projects and was pleased with the variety of finished goods during his visit. He also praised the students’ creative thinking, which ranged from modern to conventional ideas, and their emphasis on cultural diversity, which was demonstrated in the projects they displayed. The students who took part were from many nations, including Sudan, Iran, Palestine, Turkmenistan, and the United Arab Emirates.
Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi conveyed gratitude for the students’ dedication and the potential social impact of their graduation projects. He wished them luck on their upcoming endeavors and expressed the hope that they would significantly contribute to their communities after graduation.
