He expressed gratitude for the international cooperation and global consensus that made COP28 a success, raising $85 billion to launch a new era of global climate action. Sheikh Mohammed continued, “COP28 was able to produce a set of global declarations and pledges that are made for the first time.”

“We welcome the UAE Consensus of the COP28 and appreciate international cooperation and global consensus for the Conference’s success, which resulted in a set of global declarations and pledges that are made for the first time,” stated Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid.

Sheikh Mohammed went on, “It has raised $85 billion to usher in a new era of global climate action.”
He went on, “We would want to express our gratitude to all of the participating nations for sending leaders, delegations, and experts who collaborated as a single, international team to ensure the conference was a success.
