His Highness Sheikh Khaled Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has authorized the distribution of a housing benefits package to UAE Nationals in the emirate per the orders of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi.

5,685 UAE nationals have benefited from the package, which has a value of Dhs7.6 billion. This brings the total amount of housing benefit packages distributed in Abu Dhabi in 2023 to Dhs13.44 billion, with 9,292 UAE nationals having benefited from them all.

This most recent package exempted low-income pensioners and the relatives of those who passed away in 2023 from loan repayments, and it contained housing loans of all kinds totaling Dhs6 billion, from which 3,714 UAE nationals have benefited. This portion of the deal was worth around Dhs573 million, and 549 citizens of the United Arab Emirates profited from it.

In addition, 1,422 UAE nationals received residential lands and ready-made homes as part of the package, which had a total worth of more than Dhs950 million, including the cost of the infrastructural projects needed to support the residential lands.
