Sharjah News Updates SEWA Bill-Payment Assistance

The Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) bill payment service has been updated and is now available through the Sharjah Digital Department’s (SDD) digital platform, “Digital Sharjah. This program represents the department’s continuous efforts to improve and modernise platform services to maintain efficiency and provide prompt service. SDD completely transforms the user experience with ongoing improvements, introducing a new level of convenience and value with each release.

The updated service has a new, cutting-edge user interface to enhance the user experience. Whether the amounts are manually added to their accounts or linked to their Emirates ID, users can easily view the amounts due on their accounts.

In reference to this action, the Director General of the Sharjah Digital Department, Sheikh Saud Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, emphasised the department’s dedication to guaranteeing comprehensive services via its digital platform. This platform is intended to satisfy user requirements while maintaining optimal efficiency, seeking to improve the community’s digital experience by making it more distinctive, practical, and dependable.

The SDD Director-General also emphasised that user feedback and suggestions gathered through various communication channels informed the development of the SEWA bill payment service.
