Saudi Arabia Reports finding Several Oil and Gas Fields.

According to the official Saudi news agency, Saudi Arabia’s energy minister declared on Monday that numerous oil and gas fields had been found in the nation’s Eastern Province and Empty Quarter.

The Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) has found two unconventional oil fields, a reservoir of light Arabian oil, two natural gas fields, and two natural gas reservoirs, according to Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, approximately 4.9 million standard cubic feet of petrol and 5,100 barrels of very light Arabian oil per day flowed through the Ladam 2 well, leading to the discovery of the ‘Al-Ladam’ unconventional oil field in the Eastern Region.

The very light Arabian oil flowing from the Al-Furooq-4 well at a rate of 4,557 barrels per day, along with roughly 3.79 million standard cubic feet of petrol per day, led to the discovery of the ‘Al-Furooq’ unconventional oil field in the Eastern Region.

Following the flow of light Arabian oil from the Mazalej-62 well at a rate of 1,780 barrels per day, the ‘Unaizah B/C’ reservoir was also found in the ‘Mazalej’ in the Eastern Region. Furthermore, the ‘Al-Katuf’ field was found in the Empty Quarter following the discovery of natural gas flowing at 7.6 million standard cubic feet per day in the Al-Katuf-1 well, along with approximately 40 barrels of condensates per day.
