Dubai, UAE – June 2025 — Samuel Zekri, the Dubai-based entrepreneur known for his bold and dynamic presence across multiple industries, has officially announced his full exit from AMPSZ Consulting FZCO, a commercial brokerage and consulting company he founded and managed in the UAE.
In a statement issued today, it was confirmed that Zekri has sold 100% of his shares and stepped down from all managerial and operational responsibilities, closing a chapter that helped establish his reputation as a strategic dealmaker and multi-sector operator in the region.
“It was the right time,” said Samuel Zekri. “This exit allows me to realign my energy and focus toward a much larger vision—something that consolidates everything I’ve built, but with a new strategy, a new structure, and a new level.”
While details of the upcoming venture remain under wraps, Zekri hints at a new consolidated brand—one that will bring together multiple companies and activities under a unified, high-impact ecosystem.
“Let’s just say this isn’t a step back at all—it’s a full step forward. A clean slate for something far more powerful,” he added.
In the meantime, Samuel Zekri remains fully active and hands-on with his flagship brand, Blust On, a fast-growing international name in the professional beauty industry, with strong roots in the UAE. He also continues to drive activity in real estate investments across Spain and the UAE, as well as his private trading portfolio in global financial markets.
