RTA offers a WhatsApp booking and rescheduling service for driving test appointments in Dubai

Recently, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai launched a new service that allows people to use WhatsApp to plan and reschedule driving test appointments.

The “Mahboub” chatbot on the RTA can be accessed to avail of the service at (0588009090). This project is in line with RTA’s plan to offer services via a range of digital channels, guaranteeing users may do so swiftly and securely.

To make it easier for clients to access different RTA services, the new driving test appointments are being launched via WhatsApp. Through RTA’s “Mahboub” Chatbot, the recently announced services are intended to assist customers in scheduling their driving exams and directly paying the associated fees. There is no need to use the official application or go to the RTA website because the user’s phone numbers and registered information are pre-authenticated. According to Mira Ahmed Al Sheikh, Director of the Smart Services Department at RTA’s Corporate Technical Support Services Sector, “the service is interactive, allowing users to schedule their driving test appointments and pay the service fees through the pre-authenticated system.”
