The Major Career Path
We started by asking, “Which career path led you to where you are today, and how did your company come into existence?”
She replied, “My career in the real estate industry began after my first experience as a business and tax consultant. After a brilliant academic career, I obtained my MA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bologna. Then, I began working as an accountant, statutory auditor, and insolvency practitioner, collaborating with important professional offices and the Bologna Courthouse. In 2012, I decided to launch my own online-based consulting start-up.
Passionate about internationalization and motivated by the economic and financial crisis affecting Emilia Romagna, I relocated to Australia, where I studied English and received the Turner English Institute award for achieving my academic targets ahead of time.
Additionally, I specialized in international business and affairs at the ILSC in Melbourne. During my time in Australia, I launched a consulting import/export start-up for businesses and professionals and began investing in the real estate industry, fascinated by the luxury and architecture surrounding me. As a result, I became the property manager for several luxury suite apartments in Docklands Marina.
This experience led to the birth of BONDI, which means “the sound of waves crashing onto the rocks” in the Aboriginal language. The real estate and project investments I offer to my clients are mainly located along the magnificent coast of Sardinia, Italy, and Dubai in the Persian Gulf. The United Arab Emirates and Costa Smeralda share a common vision towards sustainability and the quality of life of their residents. After almost eight years, BONDI evolved into Smeralda Emirates Estate due to the strong connection between the two locations and an eye on the future of the fast-growing real estate market.”
Challenges & Overcoming Them
Every business comes across different challenges. How they overcome, it matters a lot. To understand more about Alessandra’s company, we asked her, “What are the most challenging situations that your company overcomes?”
“Our company has had to navigate through several challenging situations over the years, including global financial and economic crises, pandemic crises, and war crises. Additionally, the war crisis we faced was that most of the properties we managed in Italy belonged to Russians. These situations have required us to adapt quickly and find new solutions to ensure that our client’s investments and properties remain secure.” said Alessandra.
We further asked, “What’s the key strength to overcome it?”
Alessandra Lambroni added, “Overcoming challenges requires a key strength that involves focusing on strategic actions. This entails targeting change, adopting a new vision, and implementing new systems that can help navigate difficult situations. With a clear strategy in place, one can create a roadmap to success, prioritizing critical tasks while minimizing distractions.”

“Our company specializes in providing clients with luxury real estate consultancy services worldwide. We offer a range of services, including brokerage, strategic investments with high ROI and capital appreciation, and the sale and rental of residential properties and beach houses. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients, helping them navigate complex transactions and ensuring their investments are secure. In addition, I do also provide company set up, Visa and Emirates Id services, as official partner with the Government authorities.” Alessandra shared.
When we asked her, “How do you build trust with your employees and boost productivity without causing burnout?” Alessandra Lambroni said:
“I run the academy, transfer my knowledge, and support my collaborators every week.”

“As a professional in my field, I understand the importance of staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments. These events provide an excellent opportunity for me to network with other industry professionals, learn about emerging technologies and techniques, and gain valuable insights into the current market landscape.
