NCM Forecasts Dust-Stirring Winds in the UAE for the Next Few Days.

According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), the UAE is experiencing a surface depression that extends from the east and a weak depression in the upper layers of the atmosphere. This means that from Monday until Wednesday, various parts of the country will be affected by dust-stirring winds that can reach 40 km/h.

According to NCM, Monday’s weather will be partly cloudy, with low clouds forming on the eastern coast and dust rising in some areas. It will also be humid at night and on Tuesday morning in some western coastal areas, with the potential for the formation of light fog.

NCM reports that on Monday, winds will be light to moderate, sometimes intense, especially in the east, and will vary in direction from southeast to northeast, reaching speeds of up to 25 mph or 40 km/h. In the Arabian Gulf, the sea will be light to moderate, while in the Sea of Oman, it will occasionally be turbulent.

NCM reported that Tuesday and Wednesday’s weather will sometimes be partly cloudy, with low clouds forming on the eastern coast. It also stated that winds from the southeast to the northeast would be light to moderate and active at times, ranging from 10 to 25 to 40 km/h, stirring dust and that the sea in the Arabian Gulf will be moderate to light.
