I started my career as an electrical engineer, working on high-voltage transmission projects to connect remote villages in Saudi Arabia’s western region at Yanbu Cement Company. These early experiences were invaluable in honing my technical and engineering skills. Joining General Electric in 2000 was a pivotal moment, providing me with the opportunity to lead large-scale projects and assume managerial roles that shaped my leadership trajectory.
In 2010, I transitioned to Siemens, where I played a critical role in advancing the gas turbine sector and fostering relationships with key clients in Saudi Arabia. This period marked a significant milestone as we achieved the localization of this essential industry. By 2012, I became President and CEO of SGE, an ACWA Power subsidiary, where I led numerous major projects and facilitated strategic partnerships, particularly with Chinese contractors and turbine manufacturers. My experiences and insights ultimately inspired the founding of AisA Group in 2014, which now provides leading technology and solutions to the energy and water sectors across the Kingdom.
