With that, she replied, “After years of international corporate experience, I found myself increasingly drawn to the idea of making a more direct and meaningful impact on individuals’ lives. While my corporate career provided me with valuable skills and experiences, I realized that my true passion lay in helping others unlock their full potential and achieve their goals.
Transitioning seamlessly from my esteemed role at DP World Dubai to entrepreneurship, my decision is emblematic of my visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to driving impactful change. My entrepreneurial ventures serve as a testament to my forward-thinking approach and my relentless pursuit of innovation in the pursuit of organizational excellence.
Inspired by the transformative power of coaching and mentoring, I decided to transition into this field to pursue a more fulfilling and purpose-driven path. “Let me share one of the most interesting stories: NP was a mid-level manager in a multinational corporation, struggling to advance his career and gain recognition for his contributions. Despite his hard work and dedication, he felt stuck in his current role and lacked clarity on how to progress further. His main challenges were a lack of visibility, confidence, and career direction.
After establishing trust and clarifying goals, we worked on a practical action plan and accountability. She concluded, “In 2002, following graduation (Master of Computer Application) amidst a recession, I faced the challenge of finding employment without the benefit of on-campus recruitment. Undeterred, I embarked on a journey from the ground up, leveraging resilience, determination, and a passion for continuous learning to carve my path to success. Upon relocating to Dubai after marriage, I encountered unfamiliarity with the UAE job market. Nevertheless, fuelled by determination, I secured a position in a prominent company within just two months, eventually earning a permanent placement.
Throughout my career, I have pursued ongoing growth and development, obtaining certifications, acquiring new skills, and actively engaging in business excellence initiatives. Additionally, I have had the privilege of sharing my expertise on international platforms, showcasing the power of passion, perseverance, and the refusal to settle for anything less than what one deserves as key drivers of professional development in my life.”
