Muhammad Aman Raffi shared, “I have spent the last fifteen years developing my skills, and many mentors who shared priceless knowledge with me have greatly influenced my path. My early marketing gurus, who were trailblazers from the UK and the UAE, introduced me to the nuances of performance and growth hacking. Their advice played a critical role in helping me hone my analytical abilities and strategic thinking.”

We were curious to learn more about the crucial moments that reshaped Muhammad Aman Raffi’s leadership style. So, we asked, “Describe a pivotal moment in your career that defined your leadership style.”
He shared, “One of my career’s turning points was leading an enormous turnaround project for clients in the government and hospitality industry that were experiencing a severe slump in the market due to COVID. Resilience, flexibility, and open communication are crucial components of my leadership style, and this experience has only served to highlight their value.”

To gather Muhammad Aman Raffi’s perspective on success and what it means for him, we asked, “How do you define success personally, and how has that definition evolved?”
“In my view, success is in the capacity to generate significant and long-lasting expansion while cultivating a happy, positive, and productive workplace. At first, I thought that success meant having quick outcomes and a large income. I’ve learned to respect long-term growth and development, team morale, and our initiatives’ enduring effects over time.” He shared.
Healthy Habits Of A Business Leader
We further asked, “What daily habits or routines contribute most to your productivity and effectiveness as a leader?”
He shared, “I start each day with optimistic thoughts and start my day with good morning greetings and meditation in the form of prayers. Furthermore, it keeps me in line with my objectives and pushes me to keep getting better. I spend the first hour of my workday on strategic planning and the last hour assessing the results of the day.”

Eager to learn more about the aspects Muhammad Aman Raffi believes are his biggest strength and areas he can do better, we asked, “Reflecting on your leadership journey, what do you consider your greatest strength and your biggest area for growth?”
Muhammad Aman Raffi responded, “My strategic insight and aptitude for spotting market trends and never giving up are my strongest suits. To empower my team more successfully and promote teamwork, I understand that I must improve my delegating abilities even more.”

He shared, “I remain ahead of emerging trends and best practices thanks to my continual learning through professional courses. I’m also pursuing my postgraduate research and PhD studies which inclines me to stay updated.”
