What struck me was the frequent occurrence of partial or mismanaged responses to reputational threats, which often resulted from an incomplete understanding of their digital presence across various platforms.
This realization led me to develop Digital CheckUP. Traditional methods tended to focus narrowly, monitoring perhaps one or two digital channels like social media or customer feedback platforms, without integrating the full spectrum of digital interactions a brand has.
Our comprehensive system encompasses feedback services, search engines, messaging apps, influencers, various media platforms, and both mass and social media. This approach not only helps brands avert potential crises but also optimizes their overall strategy by providing a holistic view of their digital footprint.
