Man in Abu Dhabi Receives Dhs51,000 Compensation After Being Struck by a Bus

The Abu Dhabi Court of Family, Civil, and Administrative Cases ordered a business and one of its employees to compensate a man for Dhs51,000 after the worker struck him with a bus while reversing it.

All of the information stems from a lawsuit that was filed some time ago against a corporation and one of its employees. The lawsuit asked for Dhs51,000 to be paid to the plaintiff in addition to legal fees and other costs.

The plaintiff claimed the second defendant struck him after carelessly reversing the corporate bus, inflicting the injuries listed in the medical report.

He explained that the second appellee was found guilty and fined Dhs5,000 in the case that was filed over the event, adding that he also had to pay the lawsuit fees.

The plaintiff suffered losses as a result of an accident that was caused by the second appellee, who was employed by the first at the time, according to the court’s explanation of the case files.

The corporation and the employee were thus ordered by the court to provide Dhs51,000 to the victim.
