He shared, “The inspiration behind starting my procurement consultancy business in the Middle East stemmed from a couple of key factors. Firstly, I noticed a significant gap in the market where startups and SMEs often struggled with procurement processes.
Many smaller businesses lacked the expertise or resources to effectively navigate the complexities of procurement, which often led to inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and increased costs. Secondly, I observed a growing demand for tailored procurement solutions in the region as more startups and SMEs emerged, seeking to optimize their operations and scale sustainably.”

Additionally, we provide E-Auction services to our clients to help them achieve the best possible outcomes in procurement activities.”

He shared, “There are indeed numerous challenges that I have come across while being in this field. Some common hurdles include:

- Scalability Issues: We assist startups and SMEs with scalability by designing flexible procurement strategies and forming strategic supplier partnerships.
- Resistance to Change: Procurement process changes can face resistance from stakeholders within startups and SMEs. We foster collaboration, involve key stakeholders, and highlight benefits to address this issue.”
