These platforms cover various verticals, including private equity, venture capital, and company UAE incubation, as well as varied and historically male-dominated industries like ports and logistics, power and engineering, food and beverage, and business aviation. We can offer a more thorough evaluation of investment prospects if we make sure that female solid leadership exists in all of our verticals. We urge more private organizations to commit to SDG 5 and work with us to bring about long-lasting change and a more equal future.
Gulf Today interviewed a few remarkable female leaders at Crescent Enterprises who have made their own names for themselves in industries including finance, logistics, and law. Their experiences provide insightful information for women who want to be successful in business.
Head of Communications at Crescent Enterprises Yasmine Hawwa stated: “The communications sector is frequently perceived as being controlled by women. True equality, though, transcends gender ratios. I was only six years old when I went with my mother to a human rights conference, which is one of my earliest experiences that helped to form my attitude on equality. I heard two men humorously predict that “men’s rights” will become necessary after the occurrence. Even though it was a silly incident at the time, it stuck with me. As I’ve matured and entered the workforce, I’ve come to see that real advancement is found in cultivating a culture that values equity, justice, respect, and understanding between all parties.
